RETURNS POLICY                                                    

If the item you have ordered is defective anyway, contact us within the warranty period (7 days) and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal functionality. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a refund (including postage) will be issued in the form of the original payment method. Specific terms are:
